Check Your Order As Soon As It Arrives
Report Any Order Problem Straight Away
If something is not right, let us know through the enquiry form on our contact page as soon as possible. Include the order details, what you received, and a short description of the issue. Clear photos help us confirm the fault and speed up the next step.
Please do not wait until the item has been used on site. A pouch that was damaged in transit or a belt that was supplied in the wrong size is much easier to sort if it is reported early. If the goods were delivered to a depot, warehouse, or site gate, ask the person who signed for them to keep their notes handy.
- Your order reference or invoice number
- The product name and size
- Photos of the item and packaging
- A short note explaining whether the issue is damage, shortage, or the wrong item
What We Can Help With
We handle genuine order issues where the product has arrived incorrect, incomplete, or damaged. We also help where a customer needs a different fit after our belt size matching advice, or where a mixed trade kit was packed to the wrong list. If the item was used, worn, modified, or exposed to site conditions for some time, we may need to review the case before confirming the next step.
For builders and electricians working through load-shedding, dusty sites, or coastal humidity, it is worth checking the bag seams, belt buckles and pocket edges before the first shift. That simple check can save time later when your team is already on the move.
- Wrong item supplied
- Missing pieces in a bulk order
- Damaged goods on delivery
- Size mismatch on belts or pouch sets
How Returns Are Assessed
Every return request is looked at case by case. We check the item condition, the packing details, and the reason for the return so we can confirm whether a replacement, correction, or other resolution is suitable. If a return is approved, we will tell you how to prepare the item and where to send it back.
Please keep the item clean and unused while the return is being reviewed. Items that are still in their original condition are easier to inspect and process. If the product was supplied as part of a custom order, starter kit, or contractor rollout, we may ask for a little more detail so we can match the return to the exact pack list.
- Keep the item unused and in reasonable condition
- Retain any tags, packaging, or inserts
- Do not mix returned items with new stock
- Wait for confirmation before sending anything back
Special Notes For Bulk And Site Orders
Bulk team orders, mixed trade kits and project rollout supply often involve several different sizes and layouts. Because of this, please check each unit against the allocation list before distributing stock to the team. Once items have been handed out across a site, it becomes harder to tell whether a problem came from the original supply or from later handling.
For contractor orders going to multiple crews, we suggest keeping one sealed pack aside until the full order has been checked. That makes it easier to compare sizes and confirm whether the right pouches and belts were packed for each trade. A small delay at the start is better than replacing the wrong items later on.
- Keep one signed copy of the order list for the supervisor
- Check each kit before it is issued to workers
- Separate returns from active stock immediately
- Note site names where orders were split across more than one delivery point
What To Expect After You Submit A Request
Once we receive your request through the contact form, our team will review the details and come back with the next step. In many cases, we only need a few photos and the order reference to confirm what happened. If more information is needed, we will ask for it clearly so the issue can be resolved without back and forth.
Our aim is to keep the process practical and straightforward for customers across South Africa, including Alberton, Midrand, Centurion and the bigger metro areas. If a return is approved, we will explain the handover process and the timing. Please allow enough time for inspection, especially when the item was part of a large order or site rollout.
If you are unsure whether your issue qualifies, send the details anyway. It is better to ask early than to leave a fault unresolved and carry on with a tool pouch or belt that does not suit the work.
